Friends of the Library Book Sales

The Friends of Parmly Library have two large annual used book sales, one in the Spring (usually April or May), and one in the Fall (October).  We offer quality materials at bargain prices -- with most books priced at $1 or less. 

We also have periodic smaller sales of selected items and sell books and magazines throughout the year at the Friends Book Nook (under the spiral staircase on the first floor of the Library).  Proceeds from all Friends of the Library book sales help fund Library services, programs and collections.  For further information, call 657-8258.

Bargain Books by the Bag Sale
Sunday, February 21, 2010

At this fun sale of selected books (both paper and hardback) you may purchase a bag for $2, $3, or $4 and fill it with whatever fits!  Buy as many bags as you want.

 

Spring Book Sale
Friday, April 23 & Saturday, April 24, 2010

The 2010 Spring Book Sale will be Friday, April 23rd, 10 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. and Saturday, April 24th, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.  The sale will feature our usual selection of quality used books, audiovisual materials, and collectibles. 

 

October Book Sale & Annual Members Meeting
Mid-October, 2010

The annual October sale includes a members-only preview night.
